Section 10(1) in The West Bengal Acupuncture System Of Therapy Act, 1996.
(1)Subject to the provisions of section 9, the term of office of the members nominated or elected under section 4 or section 5 shall be for four years commencing from the date of the first meeting of the Council after its first constitution or any subsequent periodical reconstitution, as the case may be.
