Section 12(1) in The Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1996
(1)On receipt of an application for legal service mentioned in regulation 11, the Secretary shall first cause the eligibility of the applicant as per the provisions of the Act read with the rules, examined and determined.
