- All recognized teachings in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted by the teachers of the University or of any affiliated or constituted institution, as the case may be, under the general control of the Court and the Executive Council.(2)The courses of study, the curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be provided by regulations.
