Section 17(1) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(1)Joining time shall be allowed to an employee to enable him-(a)to join a new post either at the same or a new station on transfer, while on duty; and(b)to join a new post in a new station on return from any kind of leave of not more than six months.
