(1)An Anchalik Panchayat may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under and with the previous sanction of the Government, by notification, make regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act in so far as it relates to its powers and duties.(2)The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall be subject to the condition of previous publication and such publication shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed.
