(2)In the case of villages where survey and settlement operations are complete and final record-of-rights issued, the description of property shall contain all the details as described in the record-of-rights, viz. Village Number, Khata Number, Plot Number, classification of land and the area noted in the record-of-rights and the local names, if any, used.
