Section 59 in The Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017
59. Examination of mineral deposits and taking of samples.
- The authorised officer, as the case may be, may examine any mineral deposit in any area under prospecting licence or prospecting license cum mining lease or mining lease and take samples there from at any time for the purposes of these rules.
