Section 2(o) in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
(o)"Unit" means a unit or enterprise in whole or part which is carrying on its business in the Zone and approved as such by the Unit Approval Committee;(P)[***] ['Word 'Unit' deleted by Gujarat 24 of 2007, dated 18th August 2007] Approval Committee" means the committee constituted under section 8.
