Section 12(5)(c) in Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010

(c)wantonly causing damage to the heritage site, as the case may be, and for each of such offence, such person shall, on conviction, be punishable with rigorous imprisonment which may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to rupees ten laths or with both.
