Section 20(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled, Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
