Section 49(3) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(3)If any question arises regarding the interpretation of any provisions of this Act or any Status or Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act, or as to whether any person has been duly appointed as or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter may be referred to the Chancellor and any ten members of the Board so require. The Chancellor shall, after taking such advice from the State Government as he deems necessary, decide the question and his decision shall be final.
