Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Public Libraries Act, 1948
(1)A Local Library Authority may appoint an executive committee consisting of such number of its members, not exceeding seven, as it may deem fit and delegate to tees of Local Library such committee all or any of its powers or duties Authorities. under this Act.
