Section 107A(9) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Rules, 1959
(9)[ The meetings of the Regional Advisory Committee shall be convened by the Secretary to the Committee-(a)whenever so ordered by the Chairman of the Committee ; or(b)upon a requisition made in that behalf signed by at least two of the non-official members of the Committee.](9-a) The Secretary to the Committee shall be responsible for recording the proceedings of the Committee and for making all correspondence between the Committee and others.
