Section 32(vi) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Power Market) Regulations, 2010
(vi)Scheduling of transactions in Term ahead market on Power Exchange shall be governed by Open Access Regulations, 2008 and as amended from time to time, and Indian Electricity Grid Code( IEGC) and any other relevant regulations.
