Section 7(1) in Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1947
(1)The occupation by any person of any housing accommodation provided out of the housing account of the Fund shall be subject to compliance by that person and at all times with such conditions relating to his occupation of such accommodation as may be prescribed.
