PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to
forthwith remove the cone-type loud speakers mounted on top of temple
namely, Padaipathirakali Amman Temple, Chetti Vilai, Keralapuram Post,
Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith remove the cone-type loud speakers mounted on top of the temple namely, Padaipathirakali Amman Temple, Chetti Vilai, Keralapuram Post, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that after filing of this writ petition, the cone-type loud speakers mounted on top of temple now, was removed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that already cone-type loud speakers has been removed and now only ordinary loud speakers are there in the temple, thereby nothing survives in this petition.
4. In view of the above said submissions, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
