Section 24(6) in Punjab State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996
(6)If any person after having agreed to serve on a panel, is guilty of misconduct or violates of any of the provisions of these rules, he shall be liable to be removed from the panel besides any appropriate legal proceedings.
