Section 3(16)(b) in The M.P. State Veterinary Council Rules, 1993

(b)In each case of rejection, the word 'rejected' shall be endorsed on the paper cover and the declaration paper. The reasons for the rejection shall also be recorded, in the brief, on the voting paper cover.
