28. [ Procedure for promotion. [Substituted vide No. F. 1(15)DOP/A-II/79, 30-6-81.]
- Subject to the provisions of rule 28B, as soon as it is decided that a certain number of posts shall be filled by promotion, the Special Secretary shall call upon the Registrar, Board of Revenue and/or the Commissioner, Devasthan Department, as the case may be, to send a list of senior most persons eligible under rule 15 for consideration of the Committee which shall consist of the following :-| 1. | [Chairman of the Commission or a member of the Commission nominated by him] [Substituted 'Chairman of the Commission' by Notification No. G.S.R. 20, dated 25.4.2008 (w.e.f. 9.7.1954).] | Chairman |
