(3)The Chairman of the Board of Studies shall be nominated by Kulpati "from amongst the members of the Board referred to in clause (1) of sub-section (2) :Provided that if there is no member under clause (1), Chairman shall be nominated by Kulpati from amongst the members of the Board under clause (two) and (four) of sub-section (2).
