13. The Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole-time paid officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate for such period and on such terms as may be prescribed by the statutes.(2)The Registrar shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.(3)In all suits and other legal proceedings by or against the University, the pleadings shall be signed and verified by the Registrar and all processes in such suits and proceedings shall be issued to, and served on, the Registrar.
