Section 33(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2014
(1)Every designated depository participant shall keep or maintain, as the case may be, the relevant true and fair records, books of accounts, and documents including the records relating to registration of foreign portfolio investors.
