Section 354RH(1) in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
(1)Where any premises in respect of which a clearance order has become operative form the subject matter of a lease, either the lessor or the lessee may apply to the Chief Judge of the Small Causes Court for an order under this section.
