3. 20.4.2011. Issue notice to the respondents in limitation matter and also in appeal through ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/d for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks failing which memo of appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
The limitation petition shall be considered at the time of hearing of appeal under Order 41 Rule 11 of the C.P.C.
