349. Presentation of petition of appeal or application by prisoner.
(1)A petition of appeal or application may be presented either to the Superintendent by the prisoner himself, or to the Court by his pleader.(2)The appointment of a pleader shall be in writing, signed by the prisoner and attested by the Superintendent.
