Section 7(5) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(5)The officer in charge of the quarantine station shall, at the time of the release of an animal from the station, grant in the prescribed form a permit to the person in charge of the animal and such person shall, while in charge of the animal, produce it whenever required to do so by an Inspector or a Police Officer.
