Section 272(4) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(4)Upon a conviction being obtained in respect of any place under subsection (3), the Magistrate shall on the application of the Chief Municipal Officer or any other officer authorised by him but not otherwise, order such place to be closed, and thereupon, appoint persons or take other steps to prevent such place being so used.
