(1)For the purpose of defraying the expenses in the administration of this Act, the trustee of every Goshala registered under Section 5 shall in each financial year pay to the Registrar such fee not exceeding 5 per cent of the gross income of the Goshala during the preceding financial year, as the Registrar may, in consultation with the Federation and with the previous sanction of the State Government fix.
