Section 48(1) in Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003
(1)The Authority may, with the previous approval of the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with the Act and the rules made thereunder, for enabling it to perform its functions under this Act.
