(1)The Indian Extradition Act, 1903 (15 of 1903), and any law corresponding thereto in force at the commencement of this Act in the territories which, immediately before the 1st day of November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States and the North-East Frontier Agency and Tuensang District (Extradition) Regulation, 1961, are hereby repealed.
