As the main prayer sought in the present application was with respect to the religious ceremony to be performed at the time of last Diwali-2012, as such present application has become infructuous with respect to the performance of the ceremony of Kahangagai Govardhan Pooja. Hence, Shri Kapadia, learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application at this stage with a liberty to file fresh application for same or similar relief as and when there is occasion or need arise. Permission is accordingly granted. Present application is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty.
