Section 19(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Co-Operative Societies Act, 1989
(1)No member of a Co-operative Society shall, save as otherwise/ provided in sub-section (2), exercise the rights of a member unless or until he has made such payment to the Society in respect of membership or has acquired such interest in the Society as may be specified in the bye-laws.
