Aggrieved by the order dated 5th April 2015, the petitioner-original complainant had approved the learned Sessions Judge, Mahesana in Criminal Revision Application No. 40 of 2014, wherein, the Court vide its Order dated 30th October 2015 confirmed the order of the learned JMFC, Mahesana passed in Court Inquiry Case No. 348 of 2013.
