ORDER
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 07.09.2024 seeking information on the following points:
"I am writing to request information regarding the cash credit account of Galaxy Healthcare for which I was a borrower being a partner. I request the following information for each renewal of the above limits that has occurred after March 31, 2021:
1. Information Requested by the Bank: All information requested about the borrowers to renew the limit.

2. Information Submitted to the Bank: All information submitted about me to renew the limit.
3. Copies of Documents: Copies of all documents submitted about myself to renew the limit."
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 08.10.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-
"This has reference to your aforesaid application under RTI, 2005. Please find the documents related to account M/S Galaxy Health Care during renewal of the limit."
3. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 09.10.2024 alleging that the information provided was incomplete, false and misleading. The FAA vide order dated 30.10.2024 upheld the reply given by the CPIO.
4. Aggrieved with the FAA's order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 'NIL'.
5. The appellant remained absent despite the notice and on behalf of the respondent Ms. Nisha Srinivasan, Chief Manager, attended the hearing through video conference.
6. The respondent while defending their case inter alia submitted that the appellant was a partner of Galaxy Health Care and sought information on cash credit account of the same. The respondent further submitted that vide reply dated 08.10.2024 documents related to account M/s Galaxy Health Care were provided to her.
Upon the Commission's query on how they have provided the documents to the appellant when she is not a partner of the M/s Galaxy Health Care anymore, the respondent submitted that they have provided the documents till the time period for which she was a partner of the firm in contention.

The Commission after adverting to the facts and circumstances of the case, hearing the respondent and perusal of records, observes that the appellant sought information Page 2 of 3 w.r.t the said M/s Galaxy Health Care on renewal, information submitted by her to renew the limit after March 31, 2021 & Copies of all documents submitted about the appellant to renew the limit and the respondent has provided documents related to account of the firm in contention vide reply dated 08.10.2024. The appellant, vide the instant second appeal had contended that she has requested personal data about herself in relation to the renewal of the credit limit for Galaxy Healthcare, but, the response provided by the respondent contained financial information about Galaxy Healthcare, which was not relevant to her request. The Commission finds that the respondent has not provided point-wise reply to the appellant and has not stated the details of documents provided to the appellant against the sought points. Therefore, the respondent is directed to give a revised categorical point-wise reply to the appellant incorporating the sought information/documents and by enumerating the documents provided against each point as per the RTI Act within 15 days of receipt of this order under intimation to the Commission. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
