Section 13(2)(i) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2008

(i)Each form of application referred to in clause (1) shall be accompanied by an Essentiality Certificate from the Authorised Medical Attendant in Form given in Appendix-VII alongwith any other certificate(s) required to be attached under any rule. A duplicate copy of Essentiality Certificate signed by the Authorised Medical Attendant shall be prepared by the concerned Government servant for attaching it with the duplicate coy of the application form referred to in sub-rule (1).
