(3)The scheme of mining shall be submitted to the Regional Controller [or the officer authorised in this behalf by the State Government, as the case may be,] [Inserted by G.S.R. 55(E), dated 17.1.2000 (w.e.f. 18.1.2000).] at least one hundred twenty days before the expiry of the five years' period, for which it was approved on the last occasion.
