Section 22(1)(a) in The Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Rules, 2002

(a)A copy of any entry in a book of a multi-State co-operative society regularly kept in the course of its business shall be certified by the Chief Executive or officer authorised by the bye-laws of the society.
