Section 12(a) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Jagir Resumption (Absorption of Jagir Employees) Rules, 1954
(a)No right to pension or gratuity or other retiring benefit shall be recognised in the case of pensions discharged on account of no-absorption and not covered by rules 10 and 11.
