Section 213(b) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(b)in addition to the provisions of this Chapter, all measures and precautions required to be observed for use, handling, storing or transportation of explosives under the rules framed under the Explosives Act, 1884 (Central Act 4 of 1884) are observed.
