Section 26(1) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)Where a person is refused admission for becoming a member of a self-supporting co-operative society by the Board, he may file an appeal against his refusal to the Arbitration Council within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of his refusal.
