(8)The requirements of producing a child received by a shelter home before the Committee, inquiry and disposal under sections 32, 33, 38 and 39 of the Act shall apply only to shelter homes other than drop-in-centres as specified in clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 30 of these rules.
