Section 7(1)(e) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(e)If no decision is communicated to the applicant within the period specified above, it shall be deemed that the application has been accepted and the applicant has been admitted to the membership of the society on the 31st Day of the submission of such application.
