Section 24(1) in The Himgiri Nabh Vishwavidyalaya (University in the Sky) Act, 2003
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of-(a)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairman(b)the Finance Officer(c)Principal-Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government.(d)such other members as may be prescribed in the Statutes.
