5. Bihar State Sports Council.
- Government of Bihar, shall constitute a council known as Bihar State Sports Council, which shall consist of not less than three and not more than seven Members and shall be appointed in the following manner.(a)Secretary, Art, Culture and Youth department -Chairman Ex-Officio(b)Director, Youth & Students welfare - Member Secretary(c)Director General, Bihar State Sports Authority - Member(d)Two persons to be nominated by State Government from amongst registered State Sports Association and affiliated to Bihar State Sports Council - Member(e)Two persons to be nominated by State Government from amongst outstanding sports persons of the State - Member
