Section 25(b) in Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955
(b)where the prayer is for a declaration and for consequential injunction and the relief sought is with reference to any immovable property, fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property or on [rupees one thousand] [Substituted for the words ' three hundred' by the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 2003) with effect form 15th June 2003], whichever is higher;
