Section 4(1) in The National Commission For Women (Annual Statement Of Accounts And Annual Report) Rules, 1995
(1)The Member-Secretary or any other officer of the Commission duly authorised by the Member-Secretary in this behalf shall prepare, in Form B, the annual report referred to in Section 13 of the Acton or before the 31st day of July following the financial year to which that report relates.
