(1)As from such [date] [1-5-1967 vide G.S.R. 508, dated 11-4-1967, Gazette of India, Pt. II, Section 3(i), 563. ] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint (hereinafter referred to as the prescribed date), the jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi shall extend to the Union territory of Himachal Pradesh.
