Section 102 in The Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982
102. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Jaipur Development Authority Ordinance, 1982 (Ordinance No. 4 of 1982) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Jaipur Development Authority Ordinance, 1982 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on 14th day of July, 1982.
