HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 07/12/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the written examination for RSCIT is not being conducted without any reason while the competitive examination for Patwari is going to be conducted by the selection board in January 2021.
Issue notice on the writ petition as well as stay application, returnable within eight weeks.
In the meanwhile, the respondents may conduct RSCIT examination at the earliest.
