(1)Every application under this Part shall be made in duplicate to the Executive Engineer concerned in Form VII-A.(2)Such application may be delivered personally or sent by post to the Executive Engineer concerned.(3)Printed copies of the prescribed forms of application shall be supplied to intending applicants free of charge.
